P90X3 Day #1: Total Synergistics

P90X3 DAY #1 IS IN THE BOOKS!!!

SO PUMPED about this program and the results it's going to get! P90X3 Total Synergistics is exactly what it sounds like (I have no idea what it sounds like, but it's cool).Basically, it's a full body workout. It's got a little bit of everything: push-ups, pull-ups, core work, squats, yoga, etc. Balls to the wall, 30 minutes and you're out of there!

A question we've been receiving lately is what kind of equipment do I need? If possible, get weights (dumbbells), pull-up bar, and/or bands. If anything, get bands. If you're not able to do pull-ups, no worries bands will absolutely do the trick. Remember, as long as you put forth the effort, push yourself and keep control of the bands you will feel every bit of it the next day in places you never thought could be sore.

The key is to remember this is Day #1 of P90X3 so you're not going to be perfect. Some of the pull-up/ab combos I couldn't do. Just grabbed the bands and knocked it out. All in all, I cannot wait to see what elese P90X3 has in store over the next 90 days. Once again, Beachbody and Tony Horton killed it with putting everything in 30 minutes!!! Absolutely no excuses anymore, time to get after it!
